Shot on FUJIFILM X100VI

Yesterday, Florian shared a list of 365 Projects, a collection of great photographers who’ll be posting daily for a while.
I love seeing the world through others’ eyes. I love it even more when I relate to their photos, whether through a shared challenge or the same city.
I don’t often shoot events, but when I do, I love seeing the different perspectives of other photographers. Last year at Amber Burn, I noticed a photographer shooting from a small hill behind the first burn. It was a great spot. You could see both the fire and the expressions on people’s faces. I remember feeling great, knowing that the angle was covered.
Seeing the list of other photographers taking on this challenge reminded me of that moment. Seeing how others are out there, capturing the world in their own way. I subscribed to them all and I’ll be following them.
I have Ma Baker in the loop as I’m typing this post and fighting the urge not to say “ma-ma-ma-ma” out loud because I’m in the office.
