It’s the end of the festive season and the beginning of the depressive season. See, all the Christmas decorations and lights make it easier to transition into the dark winters. You look forward to the holidays to meet the people you love and celebrate while the city looks like it’s from a fairy tale.

Then, comes this season. Decorations disappear one by one, adding to the darkness. Not really adding but more like unmasking. There are ways to keep the mood high tho. A short trip to somewhere sunny always helps. So does being focused on something.

I’m not taking a trip to sunny places this winter but I’m focused, so it’s all good.
