I shot this photo using the vintage Vivitar 135mm f/2.8 lens, which I got with my Olympus OM-10 for less than 20 euros. Wide open, it produces very soft images, and I love that about it.

Although I’ve taken many photos of buildings and objects with this lens, I’ve never tested it for portraits. I’d love to try that sometime. As far as I know, 135mm was a popular focal length for portraits before 85mm became the go-to choice. I might need to back up a little as the 135mm on the APS-C sensor is quite tight.
