The Chinese New Year starts today and 2025 is the year of the Snake. Yours truly is a Snake, the earth kind.

The last Snake year, 2013, was quite an amazing one for me. I had some great changes in my life that I couldn’t have imagined a year before.

Last summer, I ran into my ex-girlfriend, and during our conversation, I told her something inside me was awakening. Since around that time, I’ve been fully dedicated. For me, the new year begins at the end of summer. That’s the start of the hustling season. The tattoo season. The season for locking in and getting sh done. I know I may not reap the benefits this year or the next year but I’ll continue putting in the work nevertheless.

So basically, today marks the start of my 3rd new year this year. Haha! Cheers to that!
